Dear Landstown Families,

Welcome back to another year at Landstown Elementary School!

We have a dynamic PTA who works with the school administration and staff in creating an environment conducive to successful learning for our “Dolphins”. Joining the PTA allows you to be a part of this learning environment and your child’s school in a way that adds tremendous value. While everyone is not able to commit their time in volunteering, you can still be supportive by joining the PTA. If you are interested in volunteering at various PTA events, please contact a board member at ptaeditor1@cox.net, to find out more about our upcoming projects.

Being a PTA member arms you with the opportunity to be informed, involved and educated in your child’s school and activities. As your PTA President, it is my goal to keep our Dolphin Families involved and informed. I want to encourage everyone to visit our web site at www.landstownes.vbschools.com/pta.htm to receive important information and updates about PTA events.

The partnership of the Landstown Elementary PTA, administrators and staff, your parent involvement, and a quality education is a recipe for creating successful leaders of the future. Your PTA is committed to another year of service to you and your child, and I look forward to meeting you and getting you involved.

Sincerely,
Cindy Furman
PTA President
